We provide lots of support to our drivers; on the road and a host of other resources. We know that supporting our drivers is a key to insuring your freight arrives safely, on time, at its destination.
We have an option to lease on your truck or lease purchase. The percentage paid per load is 77% – 82% of the load hauled plus 100% fuel surcharge regardless of which option you choose.

General Driver Qualifications
Safety Regulations
Meet all federal motor carrier safety regulations.
Valid CDL
Have a valid CDL in your state of residence.
Experience
Two years experience in operation of tractor-trailer equipment and be 23 years of age.
Moving Violations
No more than 4 moving violations within the last 3 years, and no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months.
No Preventable Accidents
No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injuries, or disabling damage to the motor vehicle within the last 3 years.
Traffic Violations
No major traffic violations in the last 3 years such as driving while intoxicated, hit and run, leaving the scene of an accident, excessive speed as defined by DOT, any offense for over 15 mph or more over the speed, reckless or negligent driving.
